01 How often should my AC be serviced?
Once a year is the rule of thumb, ideally in spring before the heat arrives. Homes with pets, heavy use or older systems do best with a spring and fall visit. Regular tune-ups keep efficiency up and catch small problems before they turn into breakdowns.
02 Why is my AC running but blowing warm air?
The usual suspects are a clogged air filter, a tripped breaker on the outdoor unit, low refrigerant from a leak, or a failing capacitor or compressor. Check the filter and the breaker first. If the air is still warm, switch the system off to avoid further damage and give us a call.
03 Should I repair or replace my air conditioner?
If your system is more than 10 to 15 years old, still runs on R-22 refrigerant, or needs a repair that costs a big share of a new unit, replacing it usually makes more sense. We give you honest numbers for both options so you can decide.
04 Do you work on commercial refrigeration?
